Our journey begins at the picturesque Fort Washington Marina, where we'll set into a slow drift to a secluded beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Under the expert guidance of a licensed Yoga Instructor, you'll partake in a 45-minute yoga session. Feel the gentle breeze off the Potomac River caress your skin as you breathe in the refreshing air and enjoy the breathtaking view.

After your yoga session, indulge in a revitalizing non-alcoholic beverage, leaving you refreshed and ready to embrace life with renewed energy. As we kick the boat into high gear, you'll enjoy 30-45 minutes of cruising on the tranquil waters. When you return to the marina, you'll carry with you a newfound sense of self and a unique life experience guaranteed to leave you rejuvenated and inspired.
