ADHD is characterized by difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, staying still, impulsiveness, being talkative, and struggling with organization. Although many people with ADHD may feel overwhelmed by their day-to-day struggles, there are several ways to mitigate these symptoms. In general, people are familiar with the fact that those who are diagnosed with ADHD will be prescribed medication to help with things like focus and concentration.
