Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapy approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. It emphasizes the role of thoughts in shaping emotions and behaviors, and aims to teach individuals practical skills to change those patterns and improve their well-being.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy that focuses on developing skills for managing difficult emotions and interpersonal relationships. It emphasizes four key components: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT is often used to treat individuals with borderline personality disorder and other conditions that involve intense emotional dysregulation.

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a type of psychotherapy that helps individuals process traumatic memories or experiences. It involves recalling the traumatic event while the therapist guides the individual's eye movements or other forms of rhythmic stimulation. The goal is to help the brain process the traumatic memory and reframe it in a less distressing way. EMDR has been shown to be effective for treating conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related disorders.

Solution Focused therapy

Solution-focused therapy (SFT) is a type of brief, goal-oriented psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and building on an individual's strengths and resources rather than on their problems or limitations. The goal of SFT is to help clients envision a future where their problems have been resolved and to identify the steps they can take to reach that future.
