Andrey Fadeyev, LCSW – Founder & CEO

 

Andrey Fadeyev is a visionary founder of Mental Map to Wellness. With over a decade of experience in mental health care, Andrey specializes in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and couples therapy. His integrative approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic techniques to craft personalized strategies that resonate with each client’s unique journey.

Andrey’s passion lies in serving adolescents, young professionals, and adults, creating a safe and empathetic space for growth and transformation. Known for his commitment to innovation in therapy, Andrey continually enhances his expertise, ensuring his clients receive effective and cutting-edge interventions. Chenoa Bishop, LMSW – Licensed Mental Health Therapist

 

Chenoa Bishop is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Clinical Social Work Supervisee with a profound dedication to addressing the stigma surrounding mental health care. Specializing in trauma, addictions, and mental health challenges, Chenoa brings a compassionate, strengths-based approach to therapy for adolescents and adults.

 

With expertise in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, substance use disorders, self-injury, and suicidality, Chenoa employs an eclectic blend of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. She creates a space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, embrace self-compassion, and embark on meaningful healing journeys.

 

Chenoa’s unique perspective is enriched by her global experiences, having traveled to 8 countries and 23 U.S. states, and her love for creativity through painting, jewelry-making, and fiber arts. These passions inform her holistic approach to therapy, ensuring a dynamic, culturally aware, and deeply personalized process for every client.

 

Colleen Anderson, MA – Therapist Specializing in Counseling Psychology


Colleen Anderson is a seasoned therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and over seven years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s complexities. She recognizes the profound impact of thought patterns on emotional well-being and focuses on empowering clients to break free from negative cycles.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and a holistic framework, Colleen emphasizes the importance of emotional flexibility and the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Her approach is client-centered and goal-oriented, promoting healing and personal growth through self-awareness and practical strategies.

Colleen specializes in treating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and developmental challenges. She also guides clients in setting and achieving SMART goals to foster progress and build confidence. Ashley Harrell, MA, M.Ed, NCC – Counseling Supervisee


Ashley Harrell is a dynamic and compassionate therapist with dual Master’s degrees in Human Services and School Counseling. A National Certified Counselor (NCC), Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work with individuals seeking to improve their emotional and mental health.

Primarily working with adults, Ashley is skilled in addressing anxiety, OCD, PTSD, self-esteem issues, life transitions, trauma, grief, and family or relationship conflicts. Her eclectic approach combines evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), mindfulness, and humanistic and psychodynamic methodologies.
