Updated: Nov 28, 2023

Often, we struggle with understanding what makes us happy and how to keep a state of inner peace, joy, and fulfillment. This blog is designed to introduce 15 critical areas defining the internal fulfillment state leading to a happy life. Think of this blog as a working guide to help you navigate your full potential, leading to inner peace and happiness. Start by giving yourself credit where you deserve as you score yourself in each category while being humble and open to advancing areas of your life that need your attention. Be mindful of self-deception. It is tough to be objective with ourselves in the process. Review your score with someone who knows you best.

  1. Go down the list of each category and give yourself a score from 1-5

  2. Provide reasons for your score, listing daily habits and accomplishments giving yourself credit and address bad habits you need to work that might keep you from reaching a 5.

  3. Set new goals after each evaluation based on the categories that need your attention.

  4. Schedule a time on your calendar to work on your goals.

  5. Work on these areas weekly and consider assigning an accountability partner.

  6. Schedule a time at the end of the month to re-evaluate and compare your scores.

  7. If you are stuck, seek guidance from a credible guide who is an expert in the area you would like to improve.
